Fludioxonil 98%TC

Fludioxonil is a non-systemic fungicide with long-lasting residual activity. It inhibits the activity of mitogen-activated protein kinases in the signal transduction pathway, primarily suppressing spore germination, and also inhibiting germ tube elongation and mycelial growth.
CAS NO.: 131341-86-1
Fomulation: 98%TC, 50%WP
Mixture: 200g/l Thiamethoxam+10g/l Fludioxonil+10g/l Difenoconazole SC

1.Unique Mechanism of Action: It acts on the signaling pathway (hyperosmotic pressure glycerol pathway) within the fungal cell membrane, exhibiting no cross-resistance with commonly used fungicides such as triazoles and strobilurins.

2.Non-Systemic: Fludioxonil primarily forms a protective film on plant surfaces, killing or inhibiting spore germination and mycelial growth upon contact, providing excellent protection. It is not absorbed by plants and conducted into the body.

3.Highly Effective and Broad Spectrum: It exhibits excellent activity against a wide range of crop pathogens, particularly seed-borne and soil-borne diseases caused by Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, and Botrytis cinerea.

4.High Safety: It is extremely safe for crop seeds and seedlings, is not susceptible to phytotoxicity, and requires extremely low dosages.

5.Long-Lasting Effect: Due to its stable chemical properties, it remains active on seeds or crop surfaces for extended periods, providing long-lasting protection.

Fludioxonil is a broad-spectrum fungicide that acts by inhibiting histidine kinase activity involved in fungal osmotic pressure regulation, disrupting mycelial growth. It has no cross-resistance with existing fungicides. It is primarily used to control fungal diseases such as sheath blight and root rot in crops such as wheat, corn, and cotton.

Applicable Crops:

Scenario 1: Seed Treatment (Core Application)

Rice: Controls seedling blight, damping-off, and seedling rot.

Wheat: Controls sheath blight, root rot, bunt, and loose smut.

Corn: Controls stem base rot, bacterial wilt, head smut, and seedling root rot.

Peanuts and soybeans: Controls root rot, damping-off, and stem rot.

Cotton: Controls seedling diseases such as damping-off, red rot, and anthracnose.

Potatoes: Used for tuber seed dressing to control diseases caused by Rhizoctonia solani.

Scenario 2: Fruit and Vegetable Disease Control (Foliar Spray and Root Irrigation)

Melons such as watermelons, cucumbers, and cantaloupes: Controls wilt (root irrigating is more effective) and vine blight.

Solanum vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants: Controls gray mold and early blight.

Strawberries: Controls gray mold and powdery mildew (often in combination with other systemic pesticides). Grapes, apples, pears and other fruit trees: prevent and control gray mold, anthracnose, black spot, etc.
