Sulfoxaflor belongs to the sulfoximine class of insecticides. It acts on the insect nervous system, providing both stomach and contact toxicity, and is used to control pests with piercing-sucking mouthparts on various crops. It can be used to control planthoppers and aphids.

Application Instructions:
Apply when adults or eggs of *Bemisia tabaci* (whitefly) on cucumbers, or aphids on cucumbers, Chinese cabbage, asparagus, and potatoes, are entering their peak emergence or hatching periods; use 40–50 kg of water per mu. When spraying cucumbers, ensure even coverage on the undersides of the leaves; a second application 7 days after the first is recommended for better control results. To control rice planthoppers, apply once during the early nymph stage, focusing the spray evenly on the bases of the rice stems and leaves. To control arrowhead scale on citrus trees, apply once during the peak of the early nymph stage of the first generation, ensuring even coverage on the leaves. To control yellow aphids on apple trees and aphids on peach trees, apply during the peak infestation period, ensuring even coverage on the leaves. To control aphids on Chinese cabbage, cucumbers, and potatoes, apply during the peak infestation period, ensuring even coverage on the leaves. To control cotton aphids, apply during the peak infestation period, ensuring even coverage on the leaves. To control mirid bugs on grapes, apply during the early nymph stage, ensuring even coverage on the leaves and vines; shake well before use. For asparagus aphids, apply once by spraying during the peak infestation period, using 40–50 kg of water per mu and ensuring even coverage over the entire plant.
