Product Performance:
This product is a combination of naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and indole-3-butyric acid (IBA). It promotes cell division and enlargement and induces the formation of adventitious roots. It significantly stimulates the sprouting and growth of poplar cuttings, as well as the rooting and root strengthening of rice. Application enables rice seedlings to recover quickly, promotes abundant new root growth, enhances stress resistance, and improves seedling quality, thereby achieving the desired growth-regulating effect.
Formulations: 2% IBA-NAA Soluble Powder (1% NAA + 1% IBA); 1.05% IBA-NAA Aqueous Solution (0.2% NAA + 0.85% IBA); 50% IBA-NAA Soluble Powder (10% NAA + 40% IBA); 10% IBA-NAA Wettable Powder (2% NAA + 8% IBA); 0.075% IBA-NAA Wettable Powder (0.025% NAA + 0.05% IBA).
Toxicity: Low toxicity.
Registered Crops: Rice, cucumber, poplar, corn.
Scope of Application & Application Methods
| Crop / Site | Target Function | Dosage (formulation) | Application Method |
|---|---|---|---|
| Poplar | Plant Growth Regulation | 3300–4000 times dilution | Soak the base of cuttings |
| Rice | Plant Growth Regulation | 25000–33000 times dilution | Foliar spraying |
Rice
Soak seeds for 10–12 hours in a 28.6–40 mg/L solution (1:1 ratio). Spray once with a 15–20 mg/L solution (NAA: IBA = 1:4) at both the "one-leaf-one-heart" and "three-leaf-one-heart" stages. This promotes root primordia differentiation, accelerates root system growth and development, facilitates rapid recovery after transplanting, significantly improves transplant survival rates, strengthens the plants, and increases yield.
Cucumber
Apply a foliar spray using a 4,000–6,000-fold dilution of 1.05% IBA-NAA Aqueous Solution after transplant survival (3–4 leaf stage) and again at the early flowering stage. This induces adventitious root formation and improves transplant survival rates; in later stages, it increases fruit set and prevents fruit drop. Poplar
Bundle the cuttings and soak the basal 2–3 cm in a solution of 100–200 mg/L (NAA: IBA = 1:1) for 8–12 hours before planting. Applying 3.75–5.625 units of active ingredient (NAA: IBA = 1:2) per plant promotes root differentiation, induces adventitious root formation, accelerates root growth and development, and significantly increases the number and length of fibrous roots; this facilitates the formation of a robust, extensive root system, thereby promoting overall plant growth.
Corn
Soaking seeds for 5–8 hours in a 15–20 mg/L solution (NAA: IBA = 1:4) prior to sowing stimulates plant cell activity, breaks seed dormancy, promotes cell division and expansion, enhances root development, and improves the plant's stress resistance.
Precautions
① Do not store this product with highly acidic substances for extended periods; prepare the solution immediately before use.
② Adhere to the prescribed dosage; do not exceed the recommended concentration.
③ Application is best performed on overcast days or during calm weather in the early morning or evening; if rainfall occurs within 6 hours of spraying, a re-application is necessary.
