Propyl dihydrojasmonate (PDJ) is a class of jasmonic acid derivatives with high biological activity extracted by artificial biosynthesis, and has a wide spectrum of physiological effects. The main application of plants is that after absorption, it reaches the fruit through the conduction of the vascular bundle. As a plant stress resistance substance, the endogenous hormone jasmonic acid quickly spreads and expresses in the plant body and promotes the synthesis and early expression of ethylene and abscisic acid, catalyzes the synthesis of anthocyanins and carotene in fruits, enhances the accumulation of anthocyanins, and improves the antioxidant capacity of fruits. It can accelerate the coloring, increase sugar and sweetness, and shorten the fruit ripening period.
