6-BA with Sodium naphthalene-1-acetate (NAA/NA-NAA)

 In the MS medium without any chemical treatment, the potato test-tube seedlings took root slowly and had poor growth; when 1 mg/L 6-BA and 0.5 mg/L naphthalene acetic acid (sodium) were added, the virus-free seedlings took root faster and planted stronger ones. Plants grow well and are relatively robust.

indole-3-butanoic acid (IAA) 

After adding 0.2 mg/L indole butyric acid to MS medium, the growth rate of test-tube seedlings was accelerated, the reproduction cycle was shortened by 5 days compared with the control, and the reproduction efficiency was improved.

Paclobutrazol 

Adding 0.2mg/L paclobutrazol to MS medium can inhibit the leggy growth of potato test-tube seedlings, increase stem diameter, and shorten internode length.

CCC 

Potato test-tube seedlings can be preserved for more than one year, and the sub-generation of test-tube seedlings will not be affected by the preservation treatment.
