Triacontanol

The middle and upper stems of plants with uniform size and no pests and diseases were selected, cut into single sprouts, dipped in 0.5-2.0mg/L solution for 30 hours and sown, which had a significant effect on the germination of sugarcane buds.

Gibberellic acid

Seed soaking with 100mg/L gibberellic acid solution for 24h can significantly promote sugarcane seed germination and seedling growth.

Indolebutyric acid

Soaking seeds with 50 mg/L indole butyric acid solution for 24 hours had a prominent effect on promoting seed germination and seedling growth.

6-BA

Soaking seeds with 10mg/L6-BA solution for 24h promoted the germination of sugarcane seeds and the growth of seedlings.

Sodium Nitrophenolate

Seed soaking with 9mg/L sodium nitrophenolate for 30min increased the final germination rate by 10% to 27% and the final tiller rate by 1% to 3% compared with the control, thus increasing the yield by 2% to 23%.
