These problems result in high seed consumption rates and directly impact overall production efficiency. Treating bottle gourd seeds by soaking them for 8 hours in a gibberellic acid solution with an active ingredient concentration of 20 mg/L can significantly enhance their germination vigor, increasing it by approximately 25% compared to a water-only control.
