Gibberellic acid (GA3)
Removing the outer scales and applying gibberellic acid significantly accelerates the flowering of the Camellia cultivars "Manbai" and "Tang Kaila," with an optimal concentration of 800 mg/L. Gibberellic acid treatment extends the flowering period by 42 days and 27 days, respectively, and results in flower stalks that are 8.5 cm and 6 cm longer than those of the control group.
