Gibberellic acid, naphthylacetic acid, and indoleacetic acid
When preparing the culture material, mix in the plant growth regulators:
Use 10 mg/L gibberellic acid, 20 mg/L naphthaleneacetic acid, and 10 mg/L indoleacetic acid to significantly promote mycelial growth.
Brassinolide
Adding 0.06-0.10 mg/L brassinolide to PDA culture medium and liquid culture medium can promote the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium, delay the aging of mycelium, and extend the storage time of strains.
Naphthaleneacetic acid
Applying 10 mg/kg (wheat straw matrix) naphthalene acetic acid to wheat straw as culture material, and applying 15 mg/kg (cotton seed matrix) naphthalene acetic acid to cottonseed hull culture material can speed up the tide change and increase the total yield of Sanchao mushroom.
