Ethephon
To promote fruit ripening and coloring, it should be sprayed 20-30 days before fruit picking. Use 1000 mg/L ethephon solution for early spraying, 500 mg/L ethephon solution for evening spraying, and add appropriate amount of naphthalene acetic acid to prevent fruit drop caused by ethephon.
(Note: Apples ripened by ethephon are not resistant to storage, so they should be harvested and marketed in time. 10-15 d after early treatment is suitable for harvesting, and 3-5 d after post-treatment can be harvested. To prevent fruit drop, spray can be added. Sodium naphthalene acetate, the concentration increases or decreases with the strength of ethephon's ripening effect, 30 mg / L in the early stage, and 50 mg / L in the natural mature stage.)
Propyl dihydrojasmonate
For the varieties that are easy to color and the light environment is favorable for coloring, 35 days before harvest, use 120~240 mg / L propyl dihydrojasmonate solution to spray the whole plant once; it is not easy to color or the light environment affects the coloring 35 days and 21 days before harvest, the whole plant was sprayed twice with 240~480 mg/L propyl dihydrojasmonate liquid, which could promote apple coloring and improve quality.
