Glyphosine
About 14 days before harvest, applying 500 mg/L on "Guoguang" apples and 1000 mg/L glyphosine foliar spray on "Red Star" apples can significantly reduce the ethylene production of "Guoguang" and "Red Star" apples and respiration intensity, and maintain high firmness during storage, delay the process of fruit senescence, and reduce the occurrence of tiger skin disease.
Methyl Jasmonate
The fruit picking was soaked with 22.5mg/L methyl jasmonate for 10min, which could inhibit the expansion of apple penicillium disease spots and significantly reduce the rot rate during storage.
Salicylic acid
Soaking apple fruit with 150mg/L salicylic acid for 20min after harvesting can promote the activity of defense enzymes and the activities of disease resistance-related proteins, reduce the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation, and increase the content of disease-resistant substances, thereby enhancing the resistance of apples to Botrytis cinerea.
