Mepiquat chloride (PIX) 

The mepiquat chloride treatment significantly advanced the onset time of Lily orientalis. The plant height of Lily orientalis could be reduced by dipping bulb and spraying in growth period, and the flowering period of single plant and group could be prolonged by spraying in bud stage. The optimum concentration was 400 mgL.
