Application of other regulators in tobacco
Triazolone
At the 3-leaf stage of tobacco seedlings, after treating tobacco with 50-100 mg/L triadimefon, the effects of peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) and other defense enzymes in tobacco leaves were reduced. activity was measured. The experimental results indicated that after triazolone treatment, the activities of the above defense enzymes were improved compared with the control, and the peroxidase isoenzymes were also enhanced compared with the control. At the same time, TMV was inoculated on the tobacco seedlings treated with triadimefon for 3 days, and it was found that the symptoms of the plant virus were that the number of tobacco dead spots was reduced, and the inhibition rate could reach 60%.
Sodium bisulfite
Tobacco is a typical C3 plant with strong photorespiration. Use 100mg/L sodium bisulfite in the most vigorous growth period after the tobacco mass, that is, use 5g of sodium bisulfite per mu and add 50kg of water. When dispensing, first dissolve the drug with a small amount of warm water at 50-60°C, then add water to 50kg for a total of 2 sprays, with an interval of 10-15d. After spraying, it can effectively inhibit the photorespiration of tobacco and reduce the photorespiration intensity by about 20%. , thereby increasing the yield of tobacco leaves and increasing economic income.
