Gibberellic Acid GA3
During the eggplant's flowering stage, a single application of a 25–35 mg/L gibberellic acid solution—sprayed directly onto the flowers—can promote fruit setting and increase yield.
2,4-D Triethanolamine Salt
Applying a 30–40 mg/L solution of 2,4-D triethanolamine salt during the eggplant's flowering period can prevent premature flower and fruit drop while simultaneously promoting early maturation. 

Application Methods: 

① Brush Application: Use a fine-tipped brush to gently apply the hormone solution onto the flower stalks and the flowers themselves. 

② Flower Dipping: Pour the prepared solution into a small cup; gently dip the flower (including its stalk) into the liquid, then immediately withdraw it. 

③ Spraying: Use a small sprayer to direct the mist specifically onto the target flowers; avoid spraying the tender shoot tips or the leaf surfaces. It is advisable to treat each flower cluster only once.
