Application of plant growth regulators to promote rooting of jujube softwood cuttings

Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA)
Collect softwood shoots (fruiting branches) from jujube trees between late May and late June. Dipping the stem segments in a 1000 mg/L IBA solution for 5–10 seconds promotes rapid rooting.
1-Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA)
Collect softwood shoots (fruiting branches) from jujube trees between late May and late June. Soaking the stem segments in a 400–800 mg/L NAA solution for 2 hours promotes rapid rooting, though the effect is less pronounced than when combined with IBA.
