Adding an α-naphthaleneacetic acid solution at a concentration of 5–10 mg/L during the mycelial culture stage promotes mycelial development.
Zeatin
Adding a zeatin solution at a concentration of 1 mg/L during the mycelial culture stage improves mycelial quality, enhances mycelial development, and increases yield.
