Product Performance:
This product is a plant growth regulator formulated from a mixture of prohexadione-calcium and uniconazole. It promotes root system development, enhances root absorption capacity, controls vegetative growth in cotton, and inhibits plant height.
Agricultural Applications
Rice: Apply once as a foliar spray (diluted) at a rate of 1.5–3 g of active ingredient per mu during the early jointing stage. This reduces plant height by 8.9%–14.6% and increases yield by 6.1%–8.0%. The overall effect is significantly superior to treatments using either active ingredient alone.
Peanut: Apply once as a foliar spray (diluted) at a rate of 2–4.5 g of active ingredient per mu between the late flowering stage and the pod-setting stage. This reduces plant height and increases the number of pegs. It also enhances leaf photosynthetic intensity, root activity, single-pod weight, and overall yield. Furthermore, it significantly boosts the activity of protective enzymes—such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT)—thereby enhancing plant vigor, preventing premature senescence, and increasing yield through multiple physiological pathways.
Citrus: Apply as a foliar spray at a concentration of 200–300 mg/L when new shoots are 1–7.5 cm long—specifically during the summer shoot stage (after spring shoots have matured) or the winter shoot stage (after autumn shoots have matured). This controls excessive shoot elongation and promotes flower and fruit development.
Precautions
Application should be carried out in clear, windless weather. If rainfall occurs within 6 hours of application, a follow-up spray is required.
